Outline VPN is a user-friendly VPN tool developed by Jigsaw (a Google subsidiary) to provide journalists and activists with secure internet access. It is based on the Shadowsocks protocol and can be set up on your own server with just a few clicks. The Outline Manager greatly simplifies the management of access credentials and keys.
