Terms of Service

1. Scope

These terms of service govern the use of the Prompt-Armor web application ("Service") operated by Belkis Aslani ("Operator"). By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these terms.

2. Description of Service

Prompt-Armor is a free online tool that encodes AI prompts into tamper-evident blocks using Base64 encoding and SHA-256 hashing. All processing happens entirely in the user's browser. No data is transmitted to or stored on any server.

3. Free of charge

The Service is currently provided free of charge for personal and non-commercial use. The Operator reserves the right to change the pricing model in the future with reasonable advance notice.

4. Commercial use

Commercial use of the Service, the underlying source code, or the Prompt-Armor method requires a separate commercial license. This includes, but is not limited to, selling protected prompts, integrating the system into commercial products, or offering the Service as part of a paid offering.

5. No warranty

The Service is provided "as is" without any warranty, express or implied. The Operator does not guarantee that:

• The Service will be available at all times without interruption
• The Service will be free of errors or defects
• AI models will follow the system instructions in the armor block in all cases
• The tamper-detection mechanism provides absolute protection against all forms of modification

6. Limitation of liability

The Operator shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or exemplary damages arising from the use or inability to use the Service, even if the Operator has been advised of the possibility of such damages.

This limitation does not apply to liability for intent or gross negligence, or to mandatory liability under applicable law.

7. Intellectual property

The Prompt-Armor concept, source code, design, and all associated materials are the intellectual property of Belkis Aslani. Use is permitted only within the scope of the Prompt-Armor License.

8. User responsibility

You are solely responsible for the content of the prompts you protect using this Service. The Operator has no access to and no knowledge of the content you encode. You agree not to use the Service for any unlawful purpose or to encode content that violates applicable laws.

9. Changes to the terms

The Operator reserves the right to modify these terms at any time. Changes will be published on this page with an updated date. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.

10. Governing law and jurisdiction

These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Federal Republic of Germany. The courts of Stuttgart, Germany, shall have exclusive jurisdiction over any disputes arising from these terms, to the extent permitted by law.
