Mutual interest does not remove boundaries.
These rules apply before you create a Binder profile, upload a photo or send a message.
1. Respect and consent
You may not use Binder to threaten, harass, stalk, shame, intimidate or pressure another person. A match is permission to start a conversation, not permission for sexual conduct, persistent contact or offline access.
2. Prohibited content and behavior
- sexual exploitation or abuse of children, grooming, or any sexualized content involving minors;
- sexually explicit or pornographic profile content;
- credible threats, incitement to violence, hate or targeted harassment;
- non-consensual intimate imagery or sexual coercion;
- impersonation, deceptive identity claims, scams, fraud or coordinated spam;
- sale, facilitation or promotion of illegal goods or activity;
- publishing another person’s private information without permission;
- attempts to bypass blocks, moderation, rate limits or account restrictions.
3. Voice recordings
Voice messages and the profile voice intro follow the same rules as every other thing you publish here: your own voice, no recordings of other people without their agreement, nothing sexual, threatening or hateful. A voice intro is visible on your profile the moment you save it — there is no pre-approval queue, so the reporting route is the safeguard. Report a recording and a moderator can listen to it and remove it, and a removed recording cannot simply be set again.
4. Profile and message responsibility
You are responsible for content you upload or send. Use images you have the right to use. Do not include misleading claims that materially misrepresent who you are.
5. Safety tools
Binder may provide report, block, unmatch, rate-limit and moderation controls. We may preserve relevant evidence snapshots when a safety report is submitted and may restrict or remove content or accounts to protect users and the service.
6. Moderation
Content may be queued, limited, rejected or removed. Accounts may be suspended for credible safety concerns, repeated violations or attempts to evade enforcement. Serious illegal or child-safety matters may require escalation consistent with applicable law.
7. Account deletion
You can request deletion from the app or from Binder’s public deletion resource. Data that must legitimately be retained for safety, fraud prevention or legal compliance will be minimized and handled separately from ordinary product use; the privacy policy describes exactly what is kept and for how long.
8. Service under development
Binder is under active development. Features can change, and availability is not guaranteed. Binder is designed as a free product; there is no Pro plan, paid boost or paid feature tier in the current product roadmap.
